They were hasty and rude but I believe they were probably just tired of the backlash they received from the patrons stuck hungry and watching everyone else just sail on through the amusement park sized line.
I took away 1 star for the line fiasco and 1 for the staff. Top that with hunger and we have 1 cranky customer. I overhead a couple in line saying that this is the normal wait time and protocol? Well, I have a difficult time standing for 2 hours because I have dizziness issues. Our seating was a tiny two-top that was right in the view of the poor starving folks still in line. Popular attractions Soboba Springs Country Club and Soboba Casino are located nearby. Our guests praise the pool and the helpful staff in our reviews. Enjoy free WiFi, free parking, and an outdoor pool. but it was unbelievable how they disregarded the 'regular people' line? The food and Lobster were wonderful. We went on a Lobster night and obviously the peak dinner hour, and waited in line for close to 2 hours! Reason being (other than it's Lobster we are talking here) is that the Players Club, disabled and elderly have their own line. Also, the billboard signs make it inviting as well. Soboba, which temporarily closed due to concerns over to the virus March 18, is the third Riverside County casino to announce a reopening plan following announcements by Pechanga Resort Casino. Had to go and try the buffet because of many great reviews.
